The Process

Once you have scheduled an appointment, please bring the documents you require witnessed or certified and at least one form of original Photo ID (international IDs accepted). We accept EFT or credit card payment at the time of your appointment.

We can now witness your documents by Zoom or Teams video which is quick and easy and will avoid your personally attending our office. Once the document is signed and witnessed by us you simply send the original paper document to us by Express Post.

We are also able to assist you in obtaining an Apostilles or Authentication form at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (“DFAT”) and Legalisation at various Embassies and/or Consulates. Please see here for more information.
